Versuitile provides FREE returns for all items, ONLY if it is deemed as an error on our part (product defects/wrong item(s) sent), but customer needs to record a full unboxing/unwrapping video! The video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting.
Email us the unboxing/unwrapping video and pictures of the products with your Order ID number to versuitileaftersales@gmail.com with subjects: "Order ID: XXX" no more than 14 DAYS from the receipt date.
SCENARIO 2
Versuitile allows return/return for exchange (Return cost to be borne by customers) if customers intend to return/return for exchange for the said purposes: change of sizes/color/items.
- For refund, no monetary refunds will be given for any reason, though alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit for the next purchase.
- For exchange, the requested exchange item(s) is/are subject to stock availability.
Email us with your Order ID number to versuitileaftersales@gmail.com with subjects: "Order ID: XXX" no more than 14 DAYS from the receipt date.
- Used product cannot be returned or exchanged. We're sorry but we can't accept an exchange if you don't have the video or the video you have is edited/paused.
- Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
- The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received.
- If you believe you have received the wrong item, at versuitileaftersales@gmail.com with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit will be issued instead.
- All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
- The return parcel is under customers' responsibility and Versuitile is not liable for any any lost return parcel/ additional taxes incurred for return parcels. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
- All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
*Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will not be allowed.
*There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit.
*For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
*Sales items may have slight defects/color descrepancies /measurements descrepansie and are strictly not returnable.
