1. DO I NEED CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop without creating an account.However, creating an account with us will help you :

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Request a return directly from your account.
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.

 

2. HOW SECURE IS MY INFORMATION?

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will never be shared without your consent and will only be shared with third parties who abide by applicable data protection legislation.

 

3. I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

 

4. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS IS ACCEPTED AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Online bankings and e-Wallets. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by SHOPLINE. First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

 

5. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Delivery is usually via ground shipping and takes up to 3-7 business days. There is a flat rate shipping fee of RM7 for West Malaysia and RM12 for East Malaysia.  

 

6. DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination. To prevent fraudulent purchases we are only able to ship to the billing address provided for first time customers.

 

7. CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, you can no longer cancel your purchase.

However, you will have up to 3 hours to modify (Color/Size based on stock availability). After the 3 hour threshold, we reject the rights to amend your request for order change.

8. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account Tracking.

 

9. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Versuitile provides returns for all items, ONLY if it is deemed as an error on our part (product defects/wrong item(s) sent), but customer needs to record a full unboxing/unwrapping video! The video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting. 

Email us the unboxing/unwrapping video and pictures of the products with your Order ID number to versuitileaftersales@gmail.com with subjects: "Order ID: XXX" no more than 14 working days from the receipt date.
