Place your order by 11 am local time and your Versuitile purchase will be processed that same day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 11 am local time will be processed the following business day.
ORDERS CHANGES
If you would like to make changes to your order or the arranged delivery time, please contact Customer Service within 3 hours after completing your order and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
If the change request is done within the stipulated timeframe, we allow changes such as color swap or size swap based on stock availability. However, please note that order cancellation after payment has been made will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. BOUNCED PARCEL
- Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
- Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
- Versuitile will deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
- Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
SHIPPING
How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
Versuitile orders are delivered Monday to Friday (depending on the third party courier service, usually between 9am and 5pm). As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.
Versuitile process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 3-7 working days (NinjaVan or Pos Malaysia).
Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
*CURRENTLY, we only ship to Singapore. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping country. Below are the rates for your reference:
Estimated time would be from 7-14 working days and delay could be subjected to customer clearence.
*Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
